Leasing Process

Consistent Tenant Relations

Our client's and their tenants are assured a fast response at any request.  Day or night, we will be there to correct the problem.  From maintenance requests to tenant complaints, we will always be there for you.  Service requests are addressed the same day and most are fully resolved that day or the next.

Maintenance Staff

From fixing a leaky faucet to turning over tenants, we are prepared and ready to respond. Our own in-house staff performs most tasks directly and quickly.  We retain outside help for technical repair specialties. 

Financial

We collect rents and deliver funds electronically.  You may rest assured that rents will be collected, expenses will be carefully reviewed before payment, and that a detailed report will be issued regularly.
